HOW BIGFUN 50MG WORKS?

BIGFUN 50MG contains Sildenafil which belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It is used to treat adult men with erectile dysfunction, also known as impotence. It happens when a man cannot get, or keep a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is inability of men to attain and maintain an erect penis with sufficient rigidity to allow sexual intercourse. This medicine works by helping to relax the blood vessels in penis, allowing blood to flow into penis when you get sexually excited. 

Sildenafil acts by inhibiting PDE-5 and enhancing NO (nitric oxide) action in the penis. The mechanism of erection of the penis involves release of nitric oxide (NO) during sexual stimulation. NO then activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which results in increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), resulting in smooth muscle relaxation and inflow of blood to the penis.

DOSAGE OF BIGFUN 50

Take the medicine orally with a glass of water. You can take the medicine with or without food. Do not break, chew or crush the medicine. Take Bigfun 50mg 1 hour before you plan to have sex. Do not take more than 1 dose within 24 hours. The effect of the medicine will last up to 4 hours. It will not work on its own until you are sexually stimulated by your partner. Try not to take the medicine with high fat meal as it will slow the action of the medicine. Avoid taking alcohol and grapefruit beverage while taking the medicine. Do not over dose.

Allergies

Do not take Bigfun 50 mg Tablet If you are a victim of an allergic reaction to it. Contact a doctor immediately when you experience any signs like skin rash swelling, itching or swelling (especially of the tongue/face) or severe dizziness, breathing difficulties, etc.

Nitrate-containing medicines

If you’ve received any medication that contains the nitrates like Nitroglycerin, Isosorbide, etc be sure to avoid taking the Bigfun50 mg Tablet because it can lower blood pressure and can cause cardiovascular collapse.

The chance of having other adverse effects like fainting, dizziness, lightheadedness and flushing heart palpitations, and an erection that is priapism can also rise.

Riociguat

Riociguat, a drug, can be used for treating pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Bigfun is a 50 mg Tablet is not recommended when you are taking treatment with Riociguat since it can significantly lower the blood pressure of your body which could pose a risk.

There are other negative effects, such as fainting, dizziness, lightheadedness and flushing, headache as well as nasal congestion.

Cardiac insufficiency

Insufficiency of the cardiac system (heart failure) refers to the condition wherein the muscle of your heart isn’t in a position to pump blood as efficiently as it ought to.

Patients with acute instability in angina (chest pain) or severe heart insufficiency should not use tablets of Bigfun 50 mg.

Also, sexual activity is not advised in these cases because of the risk of having a heart attack.
