SILDENALFIL CITERATE 

BIGFUN 100MG contains Sildenafil which belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It is used to treat adult men with erectile dysfunction, also known as impotence. It happens when a man cannot get, or keep a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is inability of men to attain and maintain an erect penis with sufficient rigidity to allow sexual intercourse. This medicine works by helping to relax the blood vessels in penis, allowing blood to flow into penis when you get sexually excited. 

Sildenafil acts by inhibiting PDE-5 and enhancing NO (nitric oxide) action in the penis. The mechanism of erection of the penis involves release of nitric oxide (NO) during sexual stimulation. NO then activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which results in increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), resulting in smooth muscle relaxation and inflow of blood to the penis.

 

RECOMMENDED DOSE OF BIGFUN 100

Take the medicine orally with a glass of water. You can take the medicine with or without food. Do not break, chew or crush the medicine. Take Bigfun100mg 45 mins before you plan to have sex. Do not take more than 1 dose within 24 hours. The effect of the medicine will last up to 4-5 hours. It will not work on its own until you are sexually stimulated by your partner.

 WARNING & PRECAUTIONS

  • Bigfun 100mg should be used with caution in patients suffering from active kidney diseases. Consult your doctor for advice.

STORAGE 

Store it in a cool and dry place below 25 °C. Keep away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not store in bathroom. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets. Always store in the original packing to keep medicine safe from moisture. 

What if You Forget to Use the Bigfun Tablet?

If you do not take a dose of Bigfun 100 mg tablet, you should take it as quickly as you can.

If it’s nearing the time for your next dose, avoid your missed dosage and get back to your normal schedule. Don’t double the dose.

General Instructions

Take Bigfun 100 mg tablet with or without food, but when you’ve had something heavy it could take longer to take effect.

Don’t crush, break and chew on the tablets. Be sure to take it only one time per day.

It is not advised to share your medication with others, even if their condition seems to be similar to yours.

It is advised for you to consume Bigfun 100 mg Tablet at least an hour before having a sexual encounter.

However, you can take it any time between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.

Get medical attention if the erection does not stop for more than four hours following sexual activity.

It is crucial to remember that this medication will not perform without stimulation.

It is not a cure for the problem of erectile dysfunction. Factors like obesity drinking, smoking, and so on can be contributing factors to Erectile dysfunction.

Make major lifestyle changes like cutting down on drinking and smoking and weight control and eating a balanced diet and working out with Bigfun 100 mg Tablet.

Keep in mind that Bigfun 100 mg Tablet does not provide any protection against sexually transmitted illnesses (STDs) like gonorrhea and syphilis HIV and others.

Therefore, proper precautions should be taken during sexual relations.
